经济不景气的时候，更多利用电子商务来降低成本及提高效益成为全球各家企业的一致选择。
昨日，B2B行业的龙头阿里巴巴发布了上半年业绩报告，上半年的营业收入较去年同期上升21%，总营业收入达17.149亿元，净利润达到5.14亿元。
据财报披露，由于阿里巴巴国内外两个交易市场的付费会员数持续增长，截至2009年6月30日，公司的付费会员总人数突破50万大关，达到53.15万名，相比去年同期增长了44.4%。
这些增长也反映到营收数据上，半年报显示，阿里巴巴第二季度总营收为9.083亿元，较上一季度的8.066亿元上升12.6%，较去年同期的7.351亿元上升了23.6%。阿里巴巴第二季度净利润为2.607亿元，较2009年第一季度的2.534亿元增长2.9%。
此次中报的发布，正值阿里巴巴成立十周年，为了回馈股东，这次也公布了一个特殊的股权回馈活动，这也是全球互联网史上最大规模的分红，分红的总额高达10亿港元。
同时，阿里巴巴B2B也公布了新的十年战略。为此，阿里巴巴B2B将重新调整组织结构，该公司CEO卫哲介绍：“将把现有业务规划为四大事业部，分別为国际贸易部、中国贸易事业部、小企业IT事业部以及阿里学院。”
昨日，阿里巴巴股价表现良好。收于19.88港元，上涨7.58%。过去52周中，股价最低3.46港元，最高19.52港元。
在具体产品和服务上，马云称，“今年9月9日，我们将针对全世界宣布，未来10年阿里巴巴的目标是什么。我们想打造一个新的商业文明。”
